A low single bed is the modern choice for a child’s bed. Take our Low Oriental Bed (Space Saver) (pictured) for example. Not only is the overall size reduced as it’s part of our space saver range, but the frame also sits a lot closer to the floor compared to other height frames. This means that it makes for a perfect bed for a small kids room where space is tight. The lower appeal also means that it is safer for kids should they roll out of bed during the night.
Our Modern Day Bed Frame
Another of our wooden single bed designs we feel is perfect for kids is our Modern Day Bed (pictured). These serve a dual purpose. During the day, they are a sofa solution, from which your kids can sit on. This is a good place for kids to sit and socialise with friends and family, or watch television. By night, it can be used as a wooden bed frame. Unlike the traditional sofa bed, our Modern Day Bed requires no transformation to achieve this goal.
