At Get Laid Beds, we design and create bespoke bed frames – that means any size, any style, and any one of our seventeen different finishes. Below, we’ve outlined some of the details of the different storage beds we have available.
What Size Storage Beds are Available?
Our wooden storage beds can be made to fit any size room and any size or shape sleeper. Our most popular options include single storage beds, which are perfect for smaller bedrooms, and particularly so for a child’s bedroom. If you’re looking for something space saving but not too small, we also offer small double storage beds, which are s lightly smaller than a double bed and therefore perfect for spare rooms.
Double storage beds are our most popular size, as these are ideal for couples or single sleepers who like to have extra space to themselves. King size storage beds are a larger alternative that give your primary bedrooms the royal treatment, or at 6' x 6'6" Super king size storage beds really make a statement and provide enough under bed storage space to suit any home.
Our beds with storage options provide the perfect solution for where space is limited, and are both comfortable and practical.
For example, we offer boxes that are handmade and provide storage for beneath your bed frame. They’re designed to fit under our standard height bed frames, such as the London Bed.
Storage boxes can provide you with space to store any loose items without compromising the additional space around your bedroom. We currently have two sizes available within our storage boxes range.
What Kinds of Storage Boxes are Available?
The first size is our ½ size storage box. This style is for those looking to use the whole of the space beneath their bed frame. Our single wooden beds and smaller bed frames will allow for two of these and our double wooden beds and large allow for up to 4. The large amount of space these boxes provide is ideal for storing away loose items such as kids toys and books.
The other size we provide is the ¾ length box. This is an excellent choice for those who want the additional storage space, but still wish to have a bed side table. Our single beds allow for one of these boxes. Because of their length, you’re still able to access your underbed storage while still being able to have furniture at the head of your bed frame.
All our storage boxes are manufactured by hand using Latvian Birch ply. This gives them both stability and stunning edge detail. The front of these underbed storage boxes will be stained in the same colour as your bed frame, so that it perfectly complements your frame when it’s underneath.
