Our Kensington Bed one of the newer beds frames that we have in the Get Laid Beds range and can prove to be the perfect option for anyone looking a stylish handmade wooden bed frame that’s simplistic yet sleek and stylish which has a presence to be the focal point of any bedroom.
Similar to the ever popular Chelsea Bed, it features a large slanted elegant headboard to provide to provide maximum comfort and support, especially to those who like to sit up and read in bed or catch up on your favourite programs on TV. However unlike the Chelsea Bed, we have removed one of the foot end rails to create a more minimalist design and increase the space underneath to possibly slide in a guest bed.
As with any of our handmade bed frames, the Kensington Bed is handcrafted by our skilled carpenters and joiners before being quality checked, carefully packaged and sent to the customer. We pride ourselves on our workmanship and high level of quality and therefore offer an 11 year guarantee on all of our wooden beds.
As standard the material we use for our wooden beds in sustainable Scandinavian Pine, however we now offer all of our handmade beds in a solid hardwood. As pictured above, the oak is a beautiful choice for your wooden bed frame or we have the walnut for a darker look.
The Kensington Bed is available in all sizes however we feel it really comes into its own when in a King Size or larger and is great for those wanting to make a statement in their bedroom.
