All deliveries to the UK mainland are delivered according to what option was selected at checkout when purchased. If you would like your bed to be delivered outside the UK mainland please contact us to discuss the best delivery option and rate.
If you have any queries about your order, simply contact us for an update or check your account and order status. We request 3 working days notice if you wish to postpone your delivery.
Our use of a third party delivery agent ensures your goods are delivered efficiently and to the date requested, however in the unlikely event that goods have been delayed by the delivery agent we can not take responsibility.
It is expected that upon delivery you will sign to acknowledge receipt of your items ordered with the delivery agent and you accept there is no damage to the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure all goods are delivered as ordered. Any damaged goods must not be accepted or signed for and therefore returned with the courier.
For our customer's convenience we offer three tiers of delivery options:
Our standard delivery service is to the front door of your property only and the bed is sent flat-packed for self-assembly. If you’re living in a block of flats, it is not always expected for goods to be taken upstairs and is at the discretion of the delivery driver. Standard delivery includes the option to nominate your chosen day for delivery. Delivery times on the day will vary with our courier and therefore, we, unfortunately, cannot provide you with a time for delivery of your bed, mattress or other product offered by us.
The second is our “White Glove” service which is a 2 person delivery team. Items are placed in the room of your choice. Also included is a call approximately 1 hour ahead + SMS message. White Glove service is available for an additional fee.
White Glove + Assembly is the third option and is the same as White Glove plus assembled by the delivery team in your room of choice. This service also includes an unpack and inspect, positioning of the mattress if applicable and the removal of any packaging.
All international deliveries are a non-guaranteed time service. Any timescales provided are a guide only and may be longer due to other variables, such as customs and local public holidays.
Please note that standard delivery does not include Sunday. White Glove + Assembly is only available between Monday and Friday. *We reserve the right to amend any delivery dates if an order contains a large quantity of items.
