It is now officially the season to be jolly with Christmas arriving in just over three weeks! You may already be planning your Christmas party and for that, you may be wondering how on earth you are going to fit those last minute over night guests in your home. Simple – we have our handy guest bed wooden bed frame that can be used with one of our bed frames or even an existing bed frame that you already have.
The Guest Bed is very similar and closely based on our popular ‘Low Loft Bed’ which brings together practicality and aesthetic quality to ensure that you have a strong, solid frame for your guests to sleep on. The slim design of the Guest Bed helps the frame to slide underneath and be hidden from view when not in use. Designed as a secondary bed frame, this is an ideal option when that much needed extra sleeping space is required.
This sleeping arrangement has become increasingly popular over the years and is often chosen over a Futon Bed due to its handy practicality and attractive finished design. Please note that the Guest Bed base would be manually pulled out from underneath the frame and doesn’t feature wheels.
When choosing our Guest Bed, please take into consideration the thickness of the mattress whether your order through us or use an existing mattress. As standard, our Guest Bed is manufactured using solid and sustainable Scandinavian pine which is able to be stained in a wide variety of colours. This ensures that there is always an option to suit your bedroom décor and your own individual tastes. These stains include more natural looking stains such as our sandy or tanned all the way to black or white and everything in-between. We also offer a luxury natural hardwood options for this bed should you want this to match with existing hardwood furniture such as oak wardrobes or walnut bedside tables. The best thing is, if your order your Guest Bed today you can still get this made and delivered in time for Christmas. As all of our beds are handmade to order we can also offer a full custom size and alteration/bespoke process so should have specific requirements or measurements that you need this Guest Bed to be, we can have that made up in workshop in the heart of the UK for you and still have it delivered in the same timescale as our other beds.
