Families grow, jobs change and hobbies come and go. With the average bedroom size decreasing inversely proportionally to the amount of ‘clutter’ we now all possess – everyone is keen to take advantage of any extra space within the home
Our new Space Saver Bed Range works by superseding the concept of the mattress sitting within the bed frame but instead sitting flush directly on top of the bed frame.
To use our most popular Low Oriental Bed as an example – with the standard bed, the wooden slats within the bed frame are sunken 3 inches into the bedframe. However with the Low Oriental Space Saver Bed, the wooden slats sit at the top of the bed frame, therefore the width and length of the bed frame can be shortened by 2” and 1” respectively. The same principle applied across the range of Space Saver beds including the White Knight Bed, the Platform Beds, the Loft Bed and the Floating Beds.
Although this small reduction in length and width does not sound like a lot, it can make that all but important difference in an already busy room. Whether your main motive for choosing a Space Saver Bed is limited space between existing furniture or whether it is the difference between enabling you to perhaps fit a larger sized bed in the chosen space i.e. a standard double bed instead of a small double bed.
