At Get Laid Beds, we have enhanced and fine-tuned our delivery service so the whole order process for our customer is as easy and hassle free as possible.
From the moment the wooden bed is placed – the customer can select which day the delivery would be most convenient for them. We offer 4 different delivery options where you can get your bed in as little as 5 working days (Urgent – £37), between 5 and 13 days (Express – £28), anytime after 14 days (Standard – £25) and the option for having it delivered on a Saturday for an additional £20.
In addition you can also select a smaller time range for the bed to be delivered – ideal if you want to get on with the day or require time of work. If required before 1pm on your selected day it is £20 more however before 10:30am it is £30 more though this option isn’t available for some mattresses. These standardised flat rate fees’s apply for the entire UK mainland but we are now also able to deliver internationally. • Delivery times on the day will vary with our courier and therefore, we unfortunately cannot provide you with a time for delivery of your bed / mattress.
• All deliveries to the UK mainland are delivered according to what option was selected on checkout when purchased. If you would like your bed to be delivered outside the UK mainland please contact us to discuss the best delivery option and rate.
• If you have any queries about your order, simply contact us for an update or check your account and order status.
• We request 3 working days notice if you wish to postpone your delivery.
• Our use of a third party delivery agent ensures your goods are delivered efficiently and to the date requested, however in the unlikely event that goods have been delayed by the delivery agent we can not take responsibility.
• It is expected that upon delivery you will sign to acknowledge receipt of your items ordered with the delivery agent and you accept there is no damage to the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure all goods are delivered as ordered. Any damaged goods must not be accepted or signed for and therefore returned with the courier.
• Our delivery service is to the front door of your property only. If living in a block of flats, it is not always expected for goods to be taken upstairs and is at the discretion of the delivery driver.
• We do not construct the bed frames as they are flat packed and self-assembly
• *Does not include Sundays. **We reserve the right to amend if ordering a large quantity of items.
