As well as our extensive range of beds, we also offer various different mattresses to choose from. But with so many different types available, it can often be confusing about which kind is best to buy. This Get Laid Beds guides explain exactly what a pocket sprung mattress is.

A pocket sprung mattress, as the name suggests, is made up of springs inside. These are each individually cased separate fabric pockets. This helps to hold them at the correct tension, and allows them to move independently. This makes them an incredibly comfortable choice as it allows each spring to move independently with body movement.  Each individual pocket sprung mattress will contain a different spring count, and in theory, the more springs, the higher the comfort level. These mattresses are also an excellent choice for couples as they can help reduce the movement you feel if your partner rolls.

In our mattress range, we have many different pocket sprung types. The highest spring count we offer is our Pocket 7000 Mattress. This offers ultimate comfort and luxury. The design of this mattress will contour your whole body and adds extra support to your back and joints. This mattresses technology is top of the range and uses one of the most modern spring units available. Unlike some other mattresses, this will reduce the transfer of movement, which results in an betters night’s sleep. This mattress also has a hand stitched woven cover which has been designed in a  way to regulate body temperature.
