Bed arrived when they said it would assembly was very easy. Assembled bed looks good quality

Clear and straightforward order and delivery process; good communication from delivery company (Fed Ex). Well packed and good quality product. Was able to construct on my own. Would recommend.

We purchased the Floating Bed and had it delivered to Switzerland. Production and delivery times were quite short, but we received some wrong screws and a damaged slat. However, their customer service solved this issue promptly and efficiently and we now have an amazing solid wood bed for a very good price. The only issue is that it's a bit noisy, but otherwise it looks great and saves us a lot of space, so overall we are very happy with our purchase.

Used them twice now and had a few friends who have. Phone query I made was easy and the lady was helpful and friendly. Delivery was quick and the delivery people were in contact beforehand with a 2 hour slot and phone call

Great customer service at work. Was surprised that they used FEDEX as delivery service, packages arrived prestine.

I also want to mention the fantastic customer service I contacted the team on a Friday afternoon and had a response within the hour which was amazing. Cannot speak highly enough of the company and it's communication along side an excellent product. Recommending to all my friends.

I ordered this bed based on having it in my university accommodation over 6 years ago and have had it on my wish list since due to the quality. Now I own my very own I love it just as much. Perfect quality.

Very helpful staff promptservice

Brand new, first time home owner. I really wanted two nice, solid wooden beds. I ordered from GLB 2 bed frames and when they arrived, I had accidentally ordered one incorrectly. Lewis was extremely helpful and 24 hours after the beds arrived, the wrong one was on its way back and the one I really wanted was on order.

When the second arrived (both solid ash) it was exactly what I wanted and I genuinely couldn't be happier. They look fantastic in the rooms and are extremely solid.

I'm very happy with the purchase and I am probably going to add the floating shelves as well.

The bed came in 3 boxes, very well packaged. Arrived exactly when they said it would. Each part of the bed is extremely well made and took no time at all to put together. Have slept on it for 3 nights and so far we are very happy with the purchase. Would recommend.

Not just a comfortable bed but a very easy and comfortable process from ordering, to the delivery on time, easy to put together and a great roice for the quality.

The platform bed is perfect. Really great quality that you can actually feel when you're putting it together. It took my husband an hour from start to finish. Better quality (and less expensive) than the previous one we had from that big shop that supposedly doesn't undersell.

Excellent mattress which we're very pleased with. We have also received excellent customer service after the delivery men charged us incorrectly for removing the old mattress.
