Amazing customer service. I was kept updated throughout the whole process from start to finish including the delivery company FedEx ( some companies use a cheap delivery company and it always backfires )

Ordered a king size platform bed and have to say it’s one of the best beds I’ve ever bought. From ordering to delivery the whole service, communication was superb.
The bed itself is top quality, sturdy and very well made. The instructions are very easy to follow

2nd Get Laid bed purchased. Perfect small double size for 10 year old. Great product and very well made. The only improvement could be the instructions which are for multiple products and are not very clear

Only time I spoke to some we had a few parts were missed out if the box some how but they were extremely fast and amazing at fixing this and to get the parts out to us.

I ordered a spacesaver platform bed with wall mounted headboard both in oak. The order was acknowledged promptly and I was kept informed regularly on progress with my order. I requested a specific delivey date and this was adhered to. The quality of the products and the assembly instructions were excellent

Quality of the bed is great. Was easy to put together, but definitely needed 2 pairs of hands.

I'm thrilled with my Kensington bed. I ordered the small double in Honey. The colour is gorgeous, very warm and classic. The headboard is really comfy to lean against. There was a bit of an issue assembling the headboard but with a bit of googling we worked it out (for reference we lined up the top headboard 'plank' so it was flush with the top of the posts). A bit more guidance in the instructions would have been useful. The height of the bed is perfect, with 26cm clearance underneath so plenty of room for underbed storage boxes. The customer service I received from Elisha was excellent. I used the What's App service to contact them and Elisha quickly responded to all my queries and was a fantastic help. I would highly recommend Get Laid beds.

Easy to put together and love the quality/ colour of the wood! I got the floating bed and it really does have that appearance. overall 10/10 would recommend

I bought this bed for my son,it arrived on time. It's an amazingly good quality bed all joints were mortise and tenon fitted perfectly and good quality stainless steel screws. The slats are 5" wide 1" thick again screwed down it only took me 45 mins to hour to put it together. I had the sapele hard wood version. Great quality and service 👍🏽

Bed arrived on time. There was a minor issue with the order (instructions for the none space saver version of the bed were sent so we constructed the bed incorrectly). Grace kindly resolved for us and sent us an underbed storage box free of charge for the inconvenience. Beautifully made products and high quality finish. Would recommend.

Definitely met our requirement as we needed to get a bed in to an attic room with limited head room.
