- Delivery times on the day will vary with our courier and therefore, we unfortunately cannot provide you with a time for delivery of your bed / mattress.
- All deliveries to the UK mainland are delivered according to what option was selected on checkout when purchased. If you would like your bed to be delivered outside the UK mainland please contact us to discuss the best delivery option and rate.
- If you have any queries about your order, simply contact us for an update or check your account and order status.
- We request 3 working days notice if you wish to postpone your delivery.
- Our use of a third party delivery agent ensures your goods are delivered efficiently and to the date requested, however in the unlikely event that goods have been delayed by the delivery agent we can not take responsibility.
- It is expected that upon delivery you will sign to acknowledge receipt of your items ordered with the delivery agent and you accept there is no damage to the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure all goods are delivered as ordered. Any damaged goods must not be accepted or signed for and therefore returned with the courier.
