Help With Placing an Order

How can I place an order online?

You can place an order directly via our website. Navigate to the bed (or other item) you want, choose your specifications (size, finish, etc.), add to cart, and complete checkout. Once you submit the order you’ll get an acknowledgment email. That starts the order process.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, you can easily and securely place an order over the phone with our customer service experts. Call us on 02036952463 to get started. Our phoneline opening hours are 9:00AM - 8PM Monday - Friday, and 10:00AM - 4:00 PM on Saturday.

Can I place an order in person?

Yes — ordering in person at our showroom is also possible. Find us at Barn 3-5, Wharf Way Business Park, Wharf Way, Glen Parva, Leicester, LE2 9UT. Our showroom opening times are 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday - Friday & 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturday.

Do I need to pay for the order upfront?

Usually, yes. Payment must be received before delivery. But we also offer “buy now, pay later / installment” options for UK customers via payment methods like Klarna, Clearpay and PayPal — these let you split payment over time. Check out our beds on finance page to find out more.

Please note production of your order does not begin until the payment is made or the installment plan is set.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and selected financing options such as Klarna and Clearpay. You can also use Apple Pay and Google Pay when placing an order online.

How can I customise my bed frame?

All bed frames from Get Laid Beds are made to order and you can select from our range of standard sizes and 17 finishes. Additionally, if you want a bespoke bed, we can customise length, width, headboard height, underbed clearance (height from the ground), and even add additional slats for enhanced support. To request a bespoke design, simply contact us via phone, email or live chat and let us know the exact adjustments you need. Custom options may incur a small additional cost depending on the level of modification.

I’m unsure about the finish I want. Do you offer samples?

Yes — we offer free finish sample packs so you can see the colours and wood tones in person before you decide. You can choose up to three samples from our range of ten pine finishes and seven solid hardwoods using our free sample request form.

What languages can I order in over the phone?

Our customer service team currently operates in English only. If you need to contact us in another language (such as French, German, Italian or Spanish), please reach out via email or live chat and we’ll be happy to assist.

I need to place a large/commercial order. Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes — for business or bulk orders, please get in touch with our commercial team. You can also visit our Contract Beds page to learn more about our hospitality and trade solutions.

Track Your Order

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive email updates at key stages of your order, including when it’s received, built, packaged, and out for delivery.

If you choose Room of Choice or Assembly options as part of your delivery, on your delivery day you’ll also receive a link to track the driver’s van in real time.

Order tracking says my bed should have been delivered by now, but it hasn’t arrived?

If your delivery hasn’t arrived as expected, please contact our Customer Service team and we’ll look into it right away.

Can I choose what time my order will be delivered?

No — delivery times cannot be selected. Your delivery will arrive within the time window provided by the courier or driver on the day.

What happens if I’m not in when the order is due to be delivered?

If you miss your delivery, it will need to be rearranged and an additional delivery fee will apply. Please get in touch with Customer Service to discuss your available options.

Can I change my delivery address after making an order?

Yes, you can update your delivery address, but we’ll need proof of ID showing the current delivery address for security purposes. Contact Customer Service and we’ll make the change for you if your order hasn’t already been dispatched.

Amend or Cancel an Order

Can I add products to my order after already submitting it?

Yes, we can add items and manufacture them in time for your chosen delivery date. Contact Customer Service as soon as possible so we can check availability. If your order has already entered production, adding extra items to your order may affect delivery dates.

Can I remove some items from my order?

Yes — items can be removed from your order. Get in touch with Customer Service and we’ll make the adjustment for you. If your order is already in production stages, removing items from your order may affect delivery dates.

I ordered the wrong size or finish. Can I amend the size or finish of the bed I ordered?

Yes. Because all our beds are handmade to order, please contact us quickly so we can update your specifications to avoid large delays.

Can I add accessories such as storage boxes or floating shelves after placing an order?

Yes — accessories can usually be added as long as your order has not been shipped yet. Just contact Customer Service and we’ll check this for you. Adding accessories to your order may affect delivery dates.

Can I cancel my order if it hasn’t been shipped?

Yes — cancellations are possible as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched. Please reach out as soon as possible to request cancellation.

Can I change the delivery date after ordering?

Yes — we can amend your delivery date if your order hasn’t been dispatched. To avoid a £29 delivery change fee, we require 5 working days notice. Contact Customer Service and we’ll update your booking.

Our current tree planting focus is in the Lower Imenti Forest near Mount Kenya National Park in Kenya, Africa. A variety of species will be planted in partnership with the International Tree Foundation (ITF). These trees will be for Agroforestry and Reforestation projects to help local communities live a better life.
