I ordered a bed and mattress for delivery on 18th December. The bed arrived but the mattress went awol and Get Laid Beds pulled out all the stops to get me a replacement in time for Christmas. Delighted with both. My husband assembled the bed and it was easy to put together. It looks great in our guest bedroom. I'd definitely recommend Get Laid Beds for service and for its products.

We bought a low bed and an everyday mattress and they are both amazing. Both communication and delivery were very swift. Even phone support was great with a challenge I faced when assembling the bed.
The ONLY thing that could be improved is their manual. It took me 4 hours to put the bed together because I assembled the corner feet wrong; it was not clear that they are not all identical. Please just spend an hour to improve the schematics to make it more IKEA-esque and the assembly would be a 15 minute job.
No regrets for the purchase.

Easy to order,very well made and exactly as shown in photos and description on website. Assembly pretty straightforward too. We had a problem with a missing part, courier issue not the company, this was sorted straight away by Lewis following one call, great service.

This was my second purchase with Get Laid Bedsand and so I expected the excellent choice and service I received. The beds are attractive and solid.
I also ordered an underbed box and step shelf - again easily put together and practical.
I ordered 2 single mattresses this time and although they have not been used yet I am very pleased with the quality.
The delivey was on time and the couriers were helpful and professional.

Ive now purchase on two seperate occaions and double bed and then a king size bed on both occaians the staff have been very helpfuil a polite l certainly will be ordering an other item for Get Laid Beds and most defenetly be passing this on to freinds and family thank you to all staff

This was the purchase of a second bed from Get Laid Beds. This one bigger and even more comfortable than the last! Well made, sturdy and made to be loved and loved in.

So easy from start to finish. I love that the beds are manufactured in England and there was no long wait for delivery. Building the bed was quick and easy with clear instructions.

Did n't need to know where it was in the manufacture process.

We were delighted to receive the self-assembly low platform bed, which arrived in excellent order. Everything has been so well thought through, even the packing & packaging, the very quality … and it was very simple to put together. Brilliant!

Easy to use website which provides a large selection of bed options and all the information needed to help make a choice. Sample finish options delivered quickly which also helped in making final choice. Great communication throughot the manufacturing and delivery process. Very well made bed which was easy to assemble and feels sturdy. A happy customer, well done and thank you.
