Arrived as the time slot suggested that morning, the guys were very good, and the delivery website was the best I've seen yet, it meant I could go out of the house on the day, knowing exactly where they were. The bed is finally up, took an hour (using a standard home power-drill) once I had all the bits out of the boxes, and I am an office worker not a builder. Its a nice heavy wood frame, looking forward to sleeping in it tonight.

Easy to pick up the phone to. Ordered online website user friendly. Email updates giving progress reports on status. Delivery A1 on time with great updates from delivery company . The delivery guys were great , on time, parked sensibly and were friendly and helpful. The bed we put together within the hour. We are used to flat packed as our stairs are impossible. The matress was delivered at the same time

The bed is very solid and looks really nice. The instructions could be slightly more detailed. As we've done this before we were aware of the pitfalls which helped enourmously. The underbed box was almost more difficult to put together than the bed. As the end result is fab I've given it 5 stars.

Good experience when ordering new bed from Get Lain Beds. I have been kept informed at each stage of the process of ordering, build and then delivery of the bed. Frequent communication excellent. Bed now delivered (about 10 days from ordering) and put together. Fairly easy to do and done without mishaps. Bed is solid and good quality (pine Oxford Bed in my case for a spare room in house just moved into). All good. I would recommend.

Nice, sturdy, good quality Japanese low bed and comfortable Simplicity mattress provided. Delivery like clockwork and good communications/updates along the way. What more could you want? Recommended.
