Refer a Friend Programme

As a thank you, we’ve created our Refer a Friend programme. It’s a simple way to reward our loyal customers for sharing something they love, while helping others discover a bed built to last.

These Terms & Conditions govern the Get Laid Beds Refer a Friend Programme (“Programme”). By participating, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Eligibility
1.1 The Programme is currently available to customers in the United Kingdom. Get Laid Beds reserves the right to expand availability to other regions at its discretion.
1.2 Participants must be aged 18 or over.
1.3 The Programme is available to existing Get Laid Beds customers only.
How the Programme Works
2.1 Eligible customers (“Referrers”) will receive a unique referral link to share with friends and family (“Referees”).
2.2 Referees must use the referral link to access the website and place their order.
2.3 The Referee will receive a 10% discount on their order when using the referral link.
Referral Discount (Referee)
3.1 The 10% discount applies to all full-priced items across the website.
3.2 The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount code, or sale items.
3.3 The discount is applied at checkout via the referral link.
3.4 The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
Referrer Reward
4.1 The Referrer will receive a unique link with a 10% discount applied automatically at checkout once the Referee has successfully placed an order using the referral link.
4.2 The Referrer’s discount will be issued 14 days after the Referee’s order has been placed.
4.3 The Referrer’s discount is valid on all full-priced items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount code, or sale items.
General Conditions
5.1 Referral discounts and rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
5.2 The Programme must not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to affiliate-style promotion, paid advertising, or bulk distribution of referral links.
5.3 Get Laid Beds reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover discounts where fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
Returns & Cancellations
6.1 If a Referee’s order is cancelled or refunded, the Referrer’s reward may be withheld or revoked.
Changes & Termination
7.1 Get Laid Beds reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.
Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Laid Beds shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Programme.
Governing Law
9.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
