Every Night Mattress 100 Night Trial Guarantee

Our 100 night trial of the Every Night Mattress helps you find your sleep companion for years to come, with no hassle and no risk.

How It Works

• Purchase any mattress from our Every Night or Every Night Ultra Cool Memory range to enter our 100 Night Sleep Trial.

• Your 100 Night Sleep Trial will start on the first night following your delivery.

• We encourage you to spend at least 30 nights with your new mattress before making any decisions, to allow your body to adjust to the new mattress.

• During the trial, you should keep the mattress in pristine condition. We strongly encourage you to use a mattress topper and a mattress protector. Please note that if the mattress is not in pristine condition and features spills, scratches or other marks, we will be unable to carry out the refund or replacement of the mattress.

• If during the trial period you decide to swap your mattress to another one from the same range, but different firmness, simply contact customer service to start the replacement process. Please note that a £58 delivery and collection charge will be applicable.

• If you decide to swap your mattress to another range or size, you will also need to pay the price difference. If your new mattress is cheaper than your trial mattress, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Important Notes

• If you exchange your mattress with another mattress part of the 100 Night Sleep Guarantee, your second mattress will no longer benefit from the guarantee. The 100 Night Trial Sleep Guarantee is only available to one mattress per household.

• We will not accept mattress replacements on the basis of price.

• Any mattress deliveries and collections happen in the room of choice. When you return your mattress, please ensure it is ready to be collected (free of bedding etc.).
