Good quality, lovely looking bed frame, delivery on time.

Very pleased with the service received. The chat function on the website was helpful in determining which model to order.

Very easy process from order to delivery, with a date set at purchase. The build was relatively easy, and I felt the instructions were clear and screws packaged well. It was helpful receiving the order in multiple boxes also as it made it easier to store before we were able to build. The bed looks great, feels really sturdy, and I'm pleased that I opted for Get Laid to purchase from!

Good experience from start to finish. We visited the showroom in Leicester prior to choosing our bed and received excellent help from the team. We then ordered the Oxford Bed and luxury mattress online and benefited from the sale price. Bed and mattress delivered as promised on the selected day (we were given a delivery window the day before of 6.30am-8.30am). Team arrived at 8.30am and carried bed and mattress to first floor bedroom, constructed the bed and were done by 9.00am. They do not take the plastic covering off the mattress (health & safety) but take away all other packaging - leaving behind construction advice and spare set of screws in case you need to dismantle bed when moving house). Very happy with the service. Bed is excellent quality and mattress extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful and sturdy bed.
I would highly recommend GetLaidBeds for solid constrution and comfort along with the fact that they are a more healthy bed for the customer in terms of the materials used.
Great for sustainability as its made in The Uk and use of minimal packaging.
All round I'm delighted!

For the bed itself 10/10. Solid bed. Love the fact it is UK made and not shipped across the world. Customer service is great.
Minimum plastic in the packaging too.
For the instructions 6/10. Please do an online tutorial on YouTube for each model.

Comfortable firm mattress. Only had it for a few weeks- it’s great so far.

I'm really pleased with my purchase of the London wooden bed and mattress. The whole process from ordering to delivery was very easy. I also had excellent help from customer services when I had a query when putting the bed together. I really like the fact the beds are made to order in the UK and not shipped in from abroad. This is my second purchase from this company. The original bed I ordered is still in excellent condition.

Very happy with the quality. Arrived on time and easy to put together. There are cheaper bed bases out there, but if you want something well made and that looks good, I would recommend this company.

We really like the art deco bed. Its was not too difficult to make.

Delivery communication was provided well in advance, which kept us informed of date and time. The bed was delivered on time by friendly FedEx staff. The bed came in three boxes, so it was easy for me to carry to the bedroom. All the material was supplied with screws and washers provided for a double bed.
The instructions could have been slightly clearer in my opinion and could have highlighted a bit better, the issue of the spacers between the top headboards. I would strongly suggest that you need a electric screw driver as some of the screws are long and quite tight to put in and would be extremly hard work with a normal hand operated screwdriver.
Bed looks great and over all an easy (for me) project to complete.

Excellent service from ordering the made to measure bed (Low oriental bed) to delivery.

Everything about the process of choosing and getting the bed was perfect. Quck communication, clear details, friendly responses. Finding someone to adapt a bed to suit our specific request was important and we will definitely used Get Laid Beds again. The bed was delivered when they said, and the quality is great.

The instructions however could have been a lot clearer. They were quite confusing. Had to call and ask a question which was answered clearly quickly so customer service is excellent.
The different prices were not clearly labelled in the box so it was a bit of a mission working out what went where. I think this could have been made easy by labeling them like tent legs. Using part a, part b ext….
Other than that I love it and would highly recommend. 5 stars
