My rating might be high because I am having a terrible expereince with *every" other furniture vendor i am dealing with for my new house. Before ordering - they have great wood finish options, give you full details on dimensions, and have a good website. Post order, they had clear communication on manufacturing status. They showed up on day of delivery with 2 people, who carried the flat packs up to the second floor and got the installation done within 20min. The ottoman storage bed is great, my 150x200 matress fits well. Good sleep, with low stress - this is exactly what you want from your bed manufacterer

Excellent quality bed with clear instructions

Order process was very simple and easy to use. Communication was very good and delivery was on time and easy to arrange. The Japenese Style Bed was well packaged, made from good solid wood and easy to assemble. Very pleased with the quality and attention to detail.

Peter and Jay delivered and assembled the bed. Both were professional and friendly! We made a great choice with this bed - beautiful cherry hardwood and terrific luxury mattress. This is our second bed from Get Laid, and we're delighted.

Beautifully made bed and great communication around delivery.
Only thing to improve would be to make the instructions for assembly clearer and mark where the slats should go.
Overall love the bed and service, would recommend.

I'm loving my ottoman space saver bed, it's ideal for our small city flat! Amazing that they also provide EU sizes. Delivery was on time, very smooth and nothing got damaged in the process. Great stuff!

I was sceptical at first. However the the bed arrived clearly having undergone a lot of care in its design. Easy to build and beautiful cuts of wood. Very happy with it.

Maybe the number of slats should be increased so the gaps are not over 7cm for the guarantees of mattresses from other companies

Ordered the Oxford bed frame, had lots of communication from company regarding progress which was nice, was able to choose a delivery that suited me, Bed was very easy to assemble with clear instructions and good quality screws etc, Bed is very solid and well made. Would not hesitate to recommend. Super happy. Thank you!

I have recently purchased a superking Get Laid bed. Even though they are heavy beds, the actual delivery was easy to move because it came in several manageable boxes (not one gigantic one!). The instructions are simple (but I still do not know where I was supposed to put the biscuits!). I did have to undo a couple of bits that I had assembled because I had them wrong, but the fully assembled bed is well made to a high standard, sturdy, looks great and after a couple of nights sleeping on it, I can tell you there are no creaks or sqeaks.

I saw a few negative reviews and i almost cancelled my order, glad i didnt. the bed is good quality and was easy to assemble, honestly i think its the best ive ever owned.

Almost a month after moving in, finally got round to ordering a bed! Delivery was quick, and the bed looks beautiful - we ordered the full assembly service and the team were brilliant; friendly, accommodating, and patient when they got stuck behind the fridge delivery team on the stairs! Would definitely recommend :)
