Our new Ottoman bed arrived a few days ago and is now assembled. We’re very happy with it considering it’s not the bed I thought I ordered.

By mistake, I ordered the space saver version which is designed for the mattress to overhang slightly. When I contacted Get Laid Beds they offered to refund and place an order for the normal ottoman. We decided that the smaller format would actually work better for us so decided to keep it.

The frame is easy to assemble and very nicely finished.

Solid bed for a solid price, would recommend to anybody who has ever dealt with nasty and cheap flat pack furniture. The use of joinery made this easy to use and very strong. The quality of materials is great!

Overall a great experience! Bed is lovely and very well made. Easy to put together too. Mattress is super comfy and it's nice to wake up without a back ache. Had to change my delivery date at short notice - Get Laid were really understanding and it was no problem. This is what good customer service should be like. Delivery was excellent too - arrived on time and the delivery team were so helpful. Will be ordering another bed soon.

Absolutely delighted with our bed. It is exactly as described, and beautifully made. Service was prompt, efficient and friendly.

Great selection of really nice beds, ordering process was super easy and being able to customise with different finishes/legs etc if wanted was a real bonus. Was overall very impressed with the whole thing and will definitely shop with them again in the future.

The staff I spoke to when I ordered the bed were so friendly, really understanding concerning my brother and his neurodivergent status and made the whole process so pain free.

We were looking for a painted wooden bed and couldn’t find anything in the big furniture stores at a reasonable price, not only are Get Laid Beds well priced but they are made in England. The hardest part was choosing from their many designs. Customer service prior to purchase was excellent as we had a few questions on the design. White glove delivery was brilliant and highly recommended. We chose self assembly which took less than 30mins.

Very happy with our bed and mattress. Delivery was smooth taken upstairs for us which was appreciated. Build instructions could definitely be better in places, but overall went ok. Bed looks great and very sturdy.
