The bed frame very good quality and the assembly services are very professional.

I have recently purchased a superking Get Laid bed. Even though they are heavy beds, the actual delivery was easy to move because it came in several manageable boxes (not one gigantic one!). The instructions are simple (but I still do not know where I was supposed to put the biscuits!). I did have to undo a couple of bits that I had assembled because I had them wrong, but the fully assembled bed is well made to a high standard, sturdy, looks great and after a couple of nights sleeping on it, I can tell you there are no creaks or sqeaks.

I saw a few negative reviews and i almost cancelled my order, glad i didnt. the bed is good quality and was easy to assemble, honestly i think its the best ive ever owned.

Almost a month after moving in, finally got round to ordering a bed! Delivery was quick, and the bed looks beautiful - we ordered the full assembly service and the team were brilliant; friendly, accommodating, and patient when they got stuck behind the fridge delivery team on the stairs! Would definitely recommend :)

Very easy to assemble, instructions simple and easy to understand. Bed as described, very pleased.

Great bed, communication and delivery. Only criticism would be that the instructions aren’t as clear as they could be; as to the diagrams and order. And for nearly £500, it’s not unreasonable to expect directions specific to the item you’ve bought, rather than a coverall version for multiple bed designs. And to suggest construction is reasonably feasible with only a manual screwdriver is frankly ridiculous. But these are certainly minor criticisms as the quality is overall very good.

We needed a super king bed frame that could be assembled in a loft room. I came across "Get Laid Beds" online and I am so pleased I bought from this company. From ordering to delivery and a phone call the service was fantastic.

I was kept updated via email with my order progress and delivery was hassle free. Putting the bed together was straightforward and the instructions were clear. Bed is sturdy and feels like it will last a long time. Super impressed

The bed is excellent and looks really good in place. The customer service was very good: the bed was delivered without screws or instruction; when we called the company they apologized and despatched them immediately; unfortunately they did not arrive and so we had to contact again two days later when they again apologized and sent the items immediately and the second delivery arrived the following day. It was irritating but the staff were very polite and helpful and took action immediately. Well done and the delayed delivery wasn't their fault. Instructions were easy to follow and the bed is stunning and comfortable.

Starting with the website, right through to delivery of the bed, Get Laid Beds is a company that seems to really care about quality, presentation and service. Once I'd chosen the bed (Kensington double), the ordering and payment process were simple and straightforward, including a handy three instalment payment plan. The beds are hand made, and so take about 10-14 days to arrive. A few days before delivery (the date of which you can choose) I had confirmation that the bed had been completed and was due for delivery soon. The day before date it arrived I received a reminder notice, and then a more specific delivery window was provided for the following day. The drivers Peter and Jay arrived promptly within the delivery window and were very polite and friendly. They placed the bed components in the bedroom, and gave me advice on how to complete the assembly. I ordered the 'white glove' service for a semi-finished bed, so the head board and foot board had been pre-assembled, and I did the rest. The assembly was not complicated, although I would recommend the use of an electric screwdriver as some of the screws are long and can be rather stiff and laborious to do manually. I'm very happy with the finished product... and as you'll see from the photo, Big Ted loves it! 🧸 Altogether a company I'd highly recommend.

The whole process of getting the bed is smooth from start to finish: the phone staff when ordering were very helpful and efficient, we were kept up to date on progress with the construction and delivery was prompt and on time. The delivery staff were polite and helpful and built the bed in no time. The bed is solid and great quality we are delighted with our order.
