Customer Reviews

Lovely bed really pleased with quality. But not easy to assemble.

Really good customer service. The delivery arrived on time and the assembly team did everything we could have asked for. The product itself is sturdy, well-crafted and looks exactly how we wanted it too. I would 100% buy from them again,

Order was processed and delivered on time.
Communication was clear and concise.
The bed itself is as described, took two of us an hour or so to assemble, very pleased with the finished result.

We finally found the bed frame we were looking for a long time. It’s king size low oriental bed finished with grey washed colour. The quality is really good. The components fits very tight. Only thing I didn’t like was 3 out of 10 slats. They’ve had very rough patches and the timber was chipped off on them. So I’ve had to sand them down to make sure they won’t damage the mattress. Other than that we both love the bed frame.

We visited the factory to see the beds in the showroom. We had the place to ourselves and were able to see the quality of the beds and the colours of wood available with our own eyes. We were kept updated with the progress of the building of our bed which arrived on the day planned. The bed is of very high quality. We were not disappointed.

Excellent. Delivery and assembly very efficient. Thanks.

We were kept informed through the whole manufacturing process. The bed arrived on time & well packaged. All parts were present. The instructions were easy to understand. The bed went together smoothly. We chose cinnamon, great choice. Even though once the mattress went on you couldn’t see the gorgeous bed underneath.

Found them really easy to order from. Had a query, called in and spoke to someoneon the phone and placed order accordingly. You might not think this is a biggy but i also but another bed from DUSK at the same time. Still waiting on the other bed and cant get hold of them to discuss. Held for ages twice now and nothing!
The bed itself is beautifully made and my son iss overjoyed with it/

Get Laid Beds to the rescue!

After a nightmare experience with another company, where we were left sleeping on an air mattress on the floor for two months, Get Laid Beds came to the rescue, making and delivering our first bed within two weeks of placing the order.

It is surprisingly difficult to find a well-made wooden bed frame with the option of underbed storage drawers that roll out. Get Laid Beds' London bed is priced very reasonably considering the quality of the construction. We spent an evening after work building it all and were delighted with the result.

Thank you guys for providing the first major piece of furniture in our first house!

Really pleased with the bed and mattress. By far the best we have had and worth every penny. The white glove service was excellent too. No complaints. Excellent sleep since and very pleased.

Love it! I bought this bed as I got sick having to replace slats every few months or replacing the bed. The bed sturdy and strong! Which is just what I was looking for. Ordering was easy and communication was great!

The bed looks good and the mattress very comfortable. Vin delivered and assembled on his own and was in and out within 30 mins. Really pleased, thanks guys.

The bed arrived spot on time, delivered by a very helpful driver. We put it together ourselves, according to the enclosed instructions, with only a tiny bit of difficulty. It is a very fine and sturdy bed and looks very good in the bedroom.

Great order process and always kept me informed as to the progress of the manufacture and delivery. Thrilled with my new bedbase, lovely quality and easy to assemble. All together a great experience to deal with Get Laid Beds Thank you!

Really happy with our bed and the whole buying experience! Great communication and seamless delivery, the wood looked just as pictured and a lovely quality and finish, and it was easy to put together ourselves with everything slotting perfectly into place. The bed looks great and feels sturdy, can't ask for more really!

Excellent quality, easy to build.

Great looking bed and the best customer service. I bought this bed as I like the idea of made in the UK. It took a few weeks to complete, but I very happy with my purchase. This is totally a dream bed. I bought the four post ottoman with the side table which is really handy. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting something unique.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for our new bed. Vince and Adam went over and beyond with the effort it took to fit our lovely new bed into our tiny cottage. Please pass on our thank you for their dedication in getting the bed to its final destination.

Ellie was amazingly helpful, both on the phone and via email in organising delivery - we ended up being quite needy customers and she was at the end of the phone immediately, even over Easter weekend. We are really chuffed with the service we have received from you all and want to say a big thank you! Amazing bed frame and mattress and amazing service - would highly recommend.
