Great service, great bed.
Went for build service Zac was fab, charming and efficient.
Bed looks great and mattress excellent. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Superb customer service and fantastic beds. We had received confusing information from the delivery company as to when the 2 beds we ordered would be delivered. I spoke with Cara who listened to my concerns and then followed up with an answer to what had become a rather confusing admin error by the delivery company. The beds were delivered on time and are of great quality. I would have liked for them to have been assembled but we're in a very rural location and at this time that service isn't available. However, the instructions were clear and we did manage to put them together and are very pleased with the result. We will need another bed for our spare room and I will definitely order from Get Laid Beds

Delighted with every aspect of the company and product. Good communication from ordering to delivery on the processes. I paid for assembly and the people who did that were respectful of my home. Product is excellent quality, this is absolutely going to last me a very long time. So pleased I chose this company.

We went to Leicester to have a look at the beds in person, ordered a custom-sized one, and had it delivered home. Every step of the way, we were treated friendly, patiently, and always made feel very welcome. The bed itself is very sturdy, easy to assemble, and has a good feel and finish to it. Constructing the bed is pretty easy, the instructions are okay. One piece of instructions (installing the middle beam) could have been labelled a bit more clearly, but it was easy to figure out. The mattress is very comfortable. Overall, a very comfortable bed in custom size at a good price, with quality construction and a very friendly team. Shout-outs to Chris & Susan who did a fabulous job getting the bed up into our bedroom!

We love our new bed. You can really feel the quality of the wood and sturdiness of the structure. Love that they’re made in the UK. Assembly was straight forward between two of us, an electric screwdriver sped the process up. Overall would definitely recommend this company and will definitely be buying from them again!

Excellent easy to assemble and very comfortable

Delivery staff lovely, even offered to take their shoes off! Bed very easy to assemble and though it’s only been slept on 4 nights so not really tested, it appears solid and looks lovely.

Well made wooden bed. Brilliant customer service, efficient delivery.

Chose and ordered everything online, chose my delivery date, everything delivered on time, as promised, bed is very sturdy and took no longer than an hour to put together. Very pleased with the purchase.

We now have 5 of their beds!
Really like the fact that they offer the build service…. me and my husband had to do one of them in lockdown and it did take us ages….whereas the delivery guys so efficient!
Have recommended to all our family so that’s another 6 beds.

We ordered 2 made-to-measure beds. A very helpful lady explained the process and how to order online. The beds were delivered on time and had a good tracking facility. The only slight negative was that some of the slats had not been pre-drilled, but it wasn't a great problem. Overall, excellent product and service - would recommend.

I love the quality of this bed and the recycled/recyclable packaging. The ottoman bed was pretty straightforward to put together, but if I had to suggest one way to improve the service, it would be to have an instructive video of assembly on your site.
Overall, this handmade bed is of wonderful quality and looks brilliant in the bedroom.
