Excellent easy to assemble and very comfortable

Delivery staff lovely, even offered to take their shoes off! Bed very easy to assemble and though it’s only been slept on 4 nights so not really tested, it appears solid and looks lovely.

Chose and ordered everything online, chose my delivery date, everything delivered on time, as promised, bed is very sturdy and took no longer than an hour to put together. Very pleased with the purchase.

We now have 5 of their beds!
Really like the fact that they offer the build service…. me and my husband had to do one of them in lockdown and it did take us ages….whereas the delivery guys so efficient!
Have recommended to all our family so that’s another 6 beds.

We ordered 2 made-to-measure beds. A very helpful lady explained the process and how to order online. The beds were delivered on time and had a good tracking facility. The only slight negative was that some of the slats had not been pre-drilled, but it wasn't a great problem. Overall, excellent product and service - would recommend.

I love the quality of this bed and the recycled/recyclable packaging. The ottoman bed was pretty straightforward to put together, but if I had to suggest one way to improve the service, it would be to have an instructive video of assembly on your site.
Overall, this handmade bed is of wonderful quality and looks brilliant in the bedroom.

Good value. Good service

We visited the showroom in Leicester and chose an Oxford standard double. The sales woman was friendly and supportive but not pushy at all. Our bed was delivered on time in perfect condition and assembly was straightforward. Do use an electric screwdriver though to avoid blisters! Great service, great product, good price. Would highly recommend / buy again.

The bed looks great and of superb quality. We had ours delivered partly constructed and finishing off the job was really straightforward. Delivery also was excellent with great communication and the guy who delivered it, Peter, was really lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
