Customer Reviews

This is the second bed we have bought from Get Laid Beds.
Great quality and good friendly service.

The bed is fab, but the whole team - from customer service to the assembly team - couldn’t be more helpful or polite.

Great products, great people, honestly priced. Could not ask for more!

All went smoothly, fast and without any issues. Great company

Arrived earlier than expected but we're given plenty of notice by the driver. Fast courteous delivery.
Good quality and easy to assemble.

We love our new bed. You can really feel the quality of the wood and sturdiness of the structure. Love that they’re made in the UK. Assembly was straight forward between two of us, an electric screwdriver sped the process up. Overall would definitely recommend this company and will definitely be buying from them again!

Excellent easy to assemble and very comfortable

Delivery staff lovely, even offered to take their shoes off! Bed very easy to assemble and though it’s only been slept on 4 nights so not really tested, it appears solid and looks lovely.

Absolutely love this bed, it's beautiful and well-made. And the service from Get Laid Beds was excellent, from sending out wood samples, to delivery and assembly. Thanks!

Well made wooden bed. Brilliant customer service, efficient delivery.

Chose and ordered everything online, chose my delivery date, everything delivered on time, as promised, bed is very sturdy and took no longer than an hour to put together. Very pleased with the purchase.

We now have 5 of their beds!
Really like the fact that they offer the build service…. me and my husband had to do one of them in lockdown and it did take us ages….whereas the delivery guys so efficient!
Have recommended to all our family so that’s another 6 beds.

We ordered 2 made-to-measure beds. A very helpful lady explained the process and how to order online. The beds were delivered on time and had a good tracking facility. The only slight negative was that some of the slats had not been pre-drilled, but it wasn't a great problem. Overall, excellent product and service - would recommend.

I love the quality of this bed and the recycled/recyclable packaging. The ottoman bed was pretty straightforward to put together, but if I had to suggest one way to improve the service, it would be to have an instructive video of assembly on your site.
Overall, this handmade bed is of wonderful quality and looks brilliant in the bedroom.
all correspondence with G L B was excellent too

Really like my new Oxford bed with storage!

Good value. Good service

We visited the showroom in Leicester and chose an Oxford standard double. The sales woman was friendly and supportive but not pushy at all. Our bed was delivered on time in perfect condition and assembly was straightforward. Do use an electric screwdriver though to avoid blisters! Great service, great product, good price. Would highly recommend / buy again.

Very efficient service and I am very pleased with the day bed. Easy to put together and excellent quality.

Extremely happy with the quality, service and delivery.
The bed is beautiful. Excellent value. Service throughout and delivery very good. Will probably purchase another bed for the spare room quite soon!
