Very pleased in all respects. Order was easily placed and delivery date was able to be chosen and the bed was delivered on the correct date. We were able to track our order on the delivery day and it all arrived in perfect condition. There were good instructions for assembly and the quality of the bed is excellent and we are very pleased with it.

I am so glad I eventually placed my order with Get Laid Beds. Some of the reviews online were not flattering but I was really keen on their solid wood bed in walnut. The quality of the wood is amazing and was professionally delivered and assembled in really quickly.

Get Laid Beds were a lovely company to deal with. My requirements were very specific due to limited space, and they were clear with the specifications of the bed to reassure me of its size and construction before I ordered. I spoke with them over the phone or via their online chat and each time they were really helpful. It's such a refreshing change to call a company these days and someone answers the phone! The quality of the bed is great and my daughter is delighted. The only issue was with FedEx who messed up the delivery date and even though it wasn't Get Laid Beds' fault, they were kind enough to rectify it.

Beautiful bed frame, good quality, feels really solid. Customer service chat function really quick to respond and delivery was faultless. While assembly was pretty straight forward, it did take me a while to assemble bed. However I managed it fine by myself with an electric screwdriver and a tape measure. Guidance of where to screw legs to headboard would have been helpful! We needed a completely flat packed bed to fit up the stairs and this was the only one we could find. It also happens to have been a good price and a beautiful bed frame.
