Love my bed and being able to customize it. Also every time I called there was a brilliant helpful person to guide me and had no problems changing my order when I got my measurements wrong. Really reasonable price for a bed made to measure.

Beautiful bed that was delivered on the day it was meant to come, built by a polite efficient team and looks great in our new house. Customer services was efficient and allowed cancellation of an extra bed I didn’t need 24 hours before delivery. Impressed all found. Thank you

I've had a good experience with Get Laid Beds company.

Firstly, I've made a mistake when placing the order on the website - I've placed an order for a small single, instead of a small double bed frame that I needed. I've only noticed my mistake upon delivery. Get Laid Beds have organised the redelivery for a new bed frame and a pick up of the wrong bed frame for me and it was handled really great. The wrong order was refunded quite quickly after they received the first bed frame back with no problems.

Secondly, I am a perfectionist when it comes to quality. The new bedframe had some minor imperfections that I've noticed. I've contacted Get Laid Beds and they've sent me a replacement for the parts I wasn't fully happy with free of charge and it all was handled really well.

Now I'm really happy with the bed frame I have, which is the Kensington bed frame with tapered legs, looks really nice, no squicks (we've only had it for a few weeks now), feels sturdy.
I'm grateful for all the help I've had from the customer service along the way.

We have purchased 3 beds from Get Laid over the last few years and love them; just one more bedroom to go and we will have a complete set! Customer service, delivery and product are all of a great standard.

Arrived as agreed and very happy with it, especially for the price - we'd been traipsing around town looking in various bed shops and couldn't find anything in our price range that seemed at all decent. We got an Oxford bed on offer and we're really impressed with how great it looks, and it cost less than some of the rubbish we'd seen in town. Only minor quibble is that the instructions explained how to screw together the headboard, which already arrived assembled, and it suggested we'd need more screws than the amount that came with the bed which was initially a bit confusing. As the headboard was pre-assembled the number of screws was right. Also some of the slats came with pre-drilled holes, but the holes were too far in so they didn't align with where the screws needed to go in, so I just ignored the holes and screwed in the screws in the right place. Not a problem for me but I can imagine that confusing someone - hardly worth a star off though so consider this a 4.5 rounded up!

I am very please with my overall experience with my Japanese Storage Bed in Honey stain. The color was a perfect match as to what is depicted in the online photos. The storage space is quite large and the detachable side table is a great touch. I was a little worried the height of the bed would be too short, but it ended up being perfect. Very happy with my purchase!

This bed is so sturdy and squeak free! We were amassed at how solid it is despite being so easy to assemble. Instructions were clear. Amazing value for money! We went for the grey stain and it’s beautiful.

We are very happy with the bed. It is very well made, sturdy and comfortable. It was easy to put it together. Customer service was very helpful with some delivery issues we had. My son said that this bed is the best he ever had.

Fantastic, cannot fault it. We were moving in to the attic bedroom and our devan base couldnt go up the stairs so needed something new. We wanted to have a headboard but every bed we found that came flat packed the headboard was not. We almost gave up until i found ‘get laid beds’ i spoke to someone on their chat (Michelle) and explained our predicament. She explained the bed came completely flat packed for assembly - perfect. Delivery was great, chose the day and super simple. During the pandemic ive had a nightmare ordering furniture and getting things delivered, i have to say this is by far the best delivery service ive encountered - even before covid.
The bed was exactly what we were after! I love how much say you have over the features - from slats to legs. The bed was incredibly easy to put together and is completely solid. Instructions 1000% easier to follow than a certain Swedish store. The bed is very comfortable! I was concerned wooden beds tend to be squeaky, but so far so good!
And i love the attention to detail, the screws arrived in a branded pouch.
Couldnt fault them, have even recommended them to a friends and family.
