We love our bed frame from Get Laid Beds! It arrived sooner than expected, was easy to assemble and looks and feels great! The dogs love it too...

I am delighted with the quality, service, price and delivery of my two platform beds. Ordering was simple, communication was excellent and the delivery to Spain was trouble free with delivery 2 days earlier than expected. The beds were easy to assemble and I cannot recommend this company enough.

Customer service was very good from the start, sending samples when we were unsure which finish to choose. Ordering was simple and the bed arrived when it was supposed to. The men delivering it were friendly and careful not to damage the bed or house when manoeuvring the parts into place. The quality and finish of the bed are excellent. The screws were very tight fitting - a little soap rubbed on them helped to make them easier to screw in. Plenty of screws were supplied and we had quite a few left over.

Really well made bed, very easy to put together. Also great communication arrived on the day suggested when we put the order in. I will be buying another one soon.

Many thanks for this quality loft sleeper. We had originally paid for white glove + assembly but due to covid restrictions in our area the installers were not allowed to enter our property. This left myself and my son in charge of putting it together. The bed was going into a very small box room so it wasn't possible to put it together following the instructions but once we had worked out which parts went where we managed to get it put together. Thanks to the quality of the mortise and tenon joints, plus my investment in an electric screwdriver, the bed was finished in about 3 hours. The solid slats are a real bonus and give the bed a very sturdy feel. More than pleased with this purchase and well worth every penny.

Simple solid wooden bed! Been looking for something like this for a while but not many out there like it. Although I was a little worried as it was quite a journey from the UK to Canada, everything went smoothly from purchasing, shipping to assembling. Responsive and excellent customer service. Very happy with my purchase!

We have just finished renovating our home after a tough 13 months of living in a holiday home whilst the house was not liveable. We received our bed from Getlaidbeds and can now sleep in our bedroom.

The Getlaidbeds team are exceptionally responsive to customer needs. From updating you about the progress of making the bed to the actual day of delivery, it cannot be faulted. I also have to put a word in for your delivery guys (Pat and Kieron), as they were awesome! As we’ve just had new wooden flooring fitted they readily put on plastic overshoes. They knew exactly what they needed to do and then assembled the bed within minutes. They cleared the site of the packing and left the house clean and tidy.

We chose the platform space saver king size bed in white with felt feet and it is just perfect. It was made up for our first night and we had the best sleep ever! It is absolutely right and just what we were looking for. Thanks so much! Tracey

Very good bed, simple and well made. Quite difficult to put together. You will need a electric screwdriver and a drill for making pilot holes but worth the effort

Had a great experience. I changed my order initially and the process was quick and smooth, my order felt valued and no hurdles were put in the way.
I found delivery and installation smooth and I thought it was very good value!
My daughter and I are very pleased with the bed.

I ordered the Floating Bed in Kingsize with a satin grey wash stain. From the ordering process to delivery the process was really simple and seamless. The communication from this company is the best I have ever received from the order confirmation right through the delivery process: David text me the night before to let me know he would be with me at 7am. Tracking texts were also sent so I knew they would be on time. I opted for the white glove delivery and install and as soon as the bed arrived both David and his colleague got to work and in no time at all my bed was fully assembled. They were super friendly polite and efficient and gave advice regarding the bed. Good old fashioned customer service that is rare these days. The quality of the finish is outstanding and the wood stain is amazing I am so pleased and especially with the high quality chunky wood. The wood has a beautiful satin finish and is super sturdy. It was so nice not to be sleeping on loose rickety slats for a change. These slats are solid and they live up to what they are supposed to do. I am so happy with my lovely bed.

Very pleased with this beautiful, well made, sturdy bed. The whole process of ordering, delivery & white glove assembly was excellent. The bed arrived in two quite small packages - this was a great relief, as we have a very steep, narrow staircase with a tiny landing and a tight turn. It would be really helpful if the size of the packages could be shown on the website.

Excellent service from start to finish. When I placed my order I then realised I needed to change the delivery date, the staff were really helpful and very friendly. I was kept informed of the bed's build progress. We opted for the service where they build for you which was perfect and we are really pleased. It suits my son's bedroom and is super comfy. Thank you to all at get laid beds.
