Ordered from Get Laid Beds due to specific requirements I had. The communication was great and the delivery team was quick, efficient and friendly. Everything was assembled with no mess and the beds have an amazing finish.

A happy customer. Ordering was a simple process, delivery came on time and the team put the bed together very quickly. The bed looks lovely and the additional storage is very helpful. Excellent.

We found the customer service very good - the delivery guys even delivered early (having checked this would work for us first). We paid slightly more so they would build the bed for us - very much worth it - they did a great job and were quick and kind. The Deco bed that we bought is good quality and looks great. No scuffs or bumps. Price seems very good to me when compared with other well known suppliers of wooden furniture. All up - we are very pleased, I would buy from this company again and I have already recommended them to friends and family.

Seamless service, craftsmanship is exceptional and sturdy, and the assemblers were professional, arrived on-the-dot and assembled the bed in no-time.
We bought the bed and mattress for my daughter, and she loves it. As she has a smaller room we thought it may be too big, but it fits perfectly and compliments the room.

The bedframe is great, looks lovely and feels really comfy to sleep on. The delivery guys were really helpful and put it together quickly.

Customer service has been absolutely amazing, even as we had questions when putting the bed together there was someone on hand to send us photos on Bank Holiday Sunday!
We are absolutely thrilled with our bed, it is exactly as we had hoped.
My only negative would be the delivery. We were given no courier info, a delivery time of 8am-8pm and no tracking info. Sadly our bed was also split by the courier so we received 2 boxes one day, and the following box the next day.
Overall we are delighted but I would suggest looking into better courier options

We ordered the Japanese platform bed without a headboard and with two under bed storage boxes. It was exactly what we were looking for - solid wood, low profile, storage options and reasonable price. We were so impressed with the quality! We easily assembled it ourselves in about an hour. When we raised questions about our order, we received a prompt, courteous response. Great customer service!

I took a while choosing a new bed, the space I had for it was limited and I wanted something special. I found the Ohio day bed and really like the style. It also fitted perfectly into the recess I had for it. I asked questions via the chat on the website and email and got lots of helpful responses. Once my bed was ordered I had a little while to wait but that's to be expected when something is being made. I was pleased to get an email telling me my bed would be ready sooner and my delivery was being upgraded free of charge. Delivery was stress-free and with lots of updates on times etc. Assembly was a challenge, mainly due to the limited space available but I managed it. The instructions were clear and comprehensive. I am really pleased with the bed. It looks great and is very comfortable. It also doubles as a little sofa to relax watching telly with the kids. I am very pleased.

I got two beds, a single and a double. The quality of the workmanship is excellent making the beds very easy to assemble. Once assembled and dressed, both beds look fantastic and are very comfortable. Great value for money.

We were decorating our bedroom and looking for a four poster bed. We were delighted when we found the Get Laid website and also that the bed we wanted was also on sale. We enjoyed customising the bed with the online tool and ordered our bed with a confirmed date for delivery and assembly of our new bed. This was 6 weeks away which was fine as it gave us time to decorate our room and ensure it was worthy of the new bed. We were kept informed by email and queries answered very quickly, the bed was delivered on the date promised and assembled by the guys for us. We loooooovvvvvveeeeee our beautiful well made new bed and will use Get Laid again in the future.

I bought a single bed for my son who had been managing on an old futon for months during lockdown. I came across Get Laid Beds on the internet and found them very helpful during the ordering process. Delivery was straightforward and my son and I built the bed ourselves. Construction was just a few simple steps and done within an hour. I am impressed with the slats in the bed base - much stronger than in beds from larger companies that I have used before. The bed looks good, seems very sturdy and has nice features such as the sloping headboard which I quite envy myself!

Great beds and brilliant white glove service

Great customer service. Staff were very helpful with customising my order as we had to fit a specific space. Staff suggested changing Oxford frame to space saver design to fit which was a great solution and both frame and mattress adapted for the same price. Delivered on time. Good tracking system so knew ETA and delivery guys assembled it in about 10 minutes. Lovely bed and my son says very comfortable. Can't fault the company!

My new bed with drawers is brilliant! The mattress is so comfy. It was easy to order, well made and good value for money. Clear instructions and easy to assemble. I got a space saver bed and it fits perfectly.

Absolutely in love with our new bed, the quality is brilliant! The white glove service was a god send, the gents had the bed frame brought in and all assembled with in 10 minutes! So happy with our purchase and will definitely be recommending get laid beds to everyone!

Great customer service and a beautiful, quality bed!

I was sceptical about the single slats on the frames but I’m so impressed! I also had the assembly service and it took them 7 minutes to deliver and assemble the bed! Very pleased with the entire process and the product. Will be recommending the brand to my friends :)
