Yes. We offer free collections directly from our headquarters and workshop. If you’d prefer to collect your order yourself, just let us know and we’ll arrange a suitable collection time.

How fast is Standard Delivery?
Our Standard Delivery option is the most popular choice. Delivery typically takes from 2 weeks, giving our craftsmen time to handmake your wooden bed frame to order and prepare it for safe transport. You’ll receive regular updates as your order progresses, from production through to dispatch.
How fast is Express Delivery?
If you need your bed a little sooner, our Express Delivery service speeds things up to from 9 days. Your order is prioritised in our workshop schedule without compromising on the quality and care that goes into every handmade bed.
How fast is Urgent Delivery?
For those on a tight deadline, our Urgent Delivery option offers our quickest turnaround, with delivery from just 72 hours. This fast-track service ensures your bed is crafted and dispatched as quickly as possible, perfect for last-minute moves, guest room setups, or unexpected situations.
I can’t see any Express or Urgent delivery options for my selected bed frames. Why?
Express and Urgent Delivery aren’t available for every model. Some bed designs, sizes, or finishes require longer production times due to their complexity or the additional craftsmanship involved. When this happens, the faster delivery options are automatically hidden at checkout.
If you need a quicker turnaround, we recommend browsing our Quick Delivery Beds range, which includes designs specifically eligible for Express and Urgent services. Alternatively, feel free to contact our Customer Service team — they’ll help you find a setup that suits your timeline.
What is Room of Choice Delivery?
Room of Choice Delivery means our team will carry your flat-pack bed directly to your chosen room, rather than delivering only to your front door.
Do you offer installation?
Yes, our Assembly Service is a premium, white-glove setup option. Our expert team will deliver your bed either flat-packed or partially assembled, then professionally install it in your chosen room. Once the bed is fully set up, we’ll also collect and remove all packaging, leaving your bedroom clean and ready to use.

How long does a delivery with installation take?
It depends on the bed type, your room layout and any access considerations, but generally installation takes around 35 minutes per bed frame.
Do I need to sign for delivery? Can my bed be left somewhere safe if I am not home?
Someone over the age of 18 must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. We’re unable to leave items in safe places. If you won’t be home, please contact Customer Service to rearrange.
Will the order be delivered by a courier?
Some orders are delivered by third-party couriers. Deliveries that include Room of Choice or Installation are handled by our own Get Laid Beds delivery team.
Can I cancel a delivery?
Yes — you can cancel the delivery if your bed has not yet been dispatched.
Can I amend my delivery date?
Yes — you can change the delivery date as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact Customer Service. You’ll need to notify us at least 5 working days prior to dispatch, otherwise a £29 late notice fee will apply.
Will my mattress and bed frame be delivered at the same time?
We aim to deliver your mattress and bed frame together whenever possible, but in some cases couriers may deliver them separately.
Are all mattresses delivered flat packed?
No — some mattresses are rolled and delivered in compact packaging (depending on mattress size), while others (such as pocket sprung mattresses) are delivered in their full, original form.
Do you offer a mattress recycling service?
Yes — we offer a mattress recycling service exclusively to customers purchasing a new mattress from Get Laid Beds. This service isn’t available for bed frame only orders.
