Trish in customer support and Brodie and delivery were awesome. We had a hiccup on delivery and between them they sorted it, with a superhuman drive by Brodie. The beds and mattresses are great quality. Building is easy with electric screwdrivers. The instructions could be better but you can work through them. Our beds are without spacer thingies between the headboard planks because they are so small
in the instructions we missed them. So get a magnifying glass, electric screwdriver, rubber mallet and you’ll be sorted.

Easy ordering, great comms and of course a fantastic product! Assembly was easy, if I have to find a chance for improvement it would be clarity in the instructions for one or two steps but it doesn’t change that it is a great experience ordering a get laid bed :)

We bought a floating double bed for our teenage son. From beginning to end the service was fantastic. The bed was delivered exactly when I'd booked it in, every part was present, assembly was well explained and quick and easy to do. You can see the quality workmanship in this bed. Great service from start to finish! Delivery was on time. The bed was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. We found it easier to use an electric hand drill and a rubber mallet! All pieces were very well made you can just tell they are made at the best standard! If we ever need any additional beds we will defiantly back!!!

Really very impressed with this bed. We got it for our 4 year old son who was transitioning out of a cot bed.
Build quality is second to none. Absolutely solid. My husband put it together and remarked how well it was constructed, slotted grooves that are precision manufactured.
I'm so impressed with how well made it is that when the time comes for us to upgrade our bed I'll be buying from here again.
Delivery was also great. Kept up to date with shipping etc and delivered faster than expected.

Bed arrived a day later than expected. Instructions to assemble were a little difficult to follow but luckily I had my sister to help me with the assembly. Lovely day bed and would highly recommend
