Fantastic quality, really solid construction. Very happy with our purchase.

Easy to pick up the phone to. Ordered online website user friendly. Email updates giving progress reports on status. Delivery A1 on time with great updates from delivery company . The delivery guys were great , on time, parked sensibly and were friendly and helpful. The bed we put together within the hour. We are used to flat packed as our stairs are impossible. The matress was delivered at the same time

The bed is very solid and looks really nice. The instructions could be slightly more detailed. As we've done this before we were aware of the pitfalls which helped enourmously. The underbed box was almost more difficult to put together than the bed. As the end result is fab I've given it 5 stars.

Good experience when ordering new bed from Get Lain Beds. I have been kept informed at each stage of the process of ordering, build and then delivery of the bed. Frequent communication excellent. Bed now delivered (about 10 days from ordering) and put together. Fairly easy to do and done without mishaps. Bed is solid and good quality (pine Oxford Bed in my case for a spare room in house just moved into). All good. I would recommend.

What fantastic service! There were a couple of issues with my bed on arrival, that I didn't realise until I started assembly. I called on the Monday morning and got through to the lovely Trisha, who listened to my mini rant and immediately offered a solution to the problems that essentially involved sending a few replacements parts which arrived by the next Saturday.

There was no humming and hawing, no argument, just a very receptive and helpful attitude to resolving the issues. It is so rare to find this, once people have your money that is usually that. Massive thanks to Trisha for your help!

I should add that the bed itself is great, very solid and a relatively easy build if you have some help (I would recommend a rubber mallet and a spare block of wood to aid some stages). I'm really pleased with the end result, and so glad to do business with and help support a UK manufacturer.
