Fantastic build quality, & colour options (Coffee bean was my preferred choice, mature, simple, & looks great)
Although the temptation to pre-book someone building it on your behalf, i highly recommend you roll up your sleeves & built it yourself, takes o/a 2-3hours tops, & the satisfaction is worth it...plus you can order a bougie takeaway with the saved £80 & eat dinner in bed. Do it.

Well made and easy to assemble. Very happy with this bed!!

The on-line ordering process was simple and easy to complete, including a host of different options for both mattress and bed. You even get to chose which day to have the items delivered, which suited me perfectly.

Once the order was placed, there's a steady stream of e-mails confirming and then later informing you of the progress - I even got one saying the bed was beig painted and then going through quality control. Really felt like the company wanted to inform you as much as possible - including confirmation of despatch and all the tracking details we've come to expect from on-line orders these days.

The couriers were efficient and fast - one minor niggle was having paid extra for a by 12 noon delivery, they actually arrived 30 mins late, and the T&Cs say they won't guarantee any time slot. But otherwise all good.

The bed and matress came well packaged - indeed, the matress was triple-bagged to protect it, and therefore pristine once unwrapped.

Assembling the bed was relatively easy: I would say that the instructions could be slightly clearer - there's a lot of white space on the pages so the 'close up' bubbles showing 'detail' could be even better. But what I thought was great was, even though there were only 2 screw sizes, the instuctions had a exact sized template that you could hold a screw against to know you were using the right one. Brilliant. Lots of pre-cut holes making locating screws easy - but you definitely need an electric screwdriver to complete the job (or at least I did). Also, the company provides a several more screws than you need - this is always a sign of a customer-focused, service-oriented company in my view.

The assembled bed looks great, and having bought a mattress without trying it, I'm delighted with how comfortable it is.

All round, an excellent experience - quality of service and of product is superb, at what I consider to be a very reasonalble cost.

Excellent customer service and very understanding. Had ordered a bed that actually did not fit and they were always polite, helpful and taken the bed back without me even confirming to re order another one (which I in the meantime have done but at the right size!)

Exceptional craftsmanship & customer service from 'Get laid' beds. From placing our order to delivery, we cannot fault. The bed is beautiful & matches our existing furniture perfectly. Communication was excellent throughout. We are impressed with the sturdiness of this Kingsize bed, with wider slats than many we have looked at previously. We had a very comfortable nights sleep & the height is perfect for getting up from; another thing we have had to factored in to our considerations as we get older. Thank you so much. We are delighted!

So far so good! My king size oxford bed was fairly easy to assemble, feels really sturdy, slats are thick, no fear of them breaking, no creaks or weird noises when I move around on it. Overall this seems a lot more solid and well designed than my old bed.

Bought my Ottoman bed two years ago, so can definitely say it is robust and value for money. The delivery and assembly was painless. Overall I am really happy with my purchase.

Ordered the London bed with floating shelf and under-bed storage box. It came it in 6 easy to move boxes. I was able to put bed and storage box together by myself in about 3 hours. I am very pleased with the bed.

Customer service was fantastic. Team v responsive on the phone and via emails as we had a specific delivery date in Mind. Easy to construct the bed. Initial samples sent were very helpful to decide on wood colour. Thanks get laid beds

Delivered when promised (10 days after ordering).
London bed - 3 elements to the headboard, the bottom element is approx 5mm shorter than the top two, therefore does not sit neatly. Fortunately this is not visible when the bed is in position.
Fixing screws for the bed slats do not leave enough clearance to use a power screwdriver, so they have to be screwed in manually.
Otherwise the bed has come together very nicely and looks good.

Great buying process and communication

Once we had an electric screwdriver, assembling our bed was a dream. It is super comfortable to sleep on and spacious to stow things under! Long may it last and thank you!
