Customer Reviews

I got the deco bed in honey satin. It’s really good quality wood and constructed so beautifully. Such a gorgeous bed, good communication and fast delivery. They were able to accommodate bespoke changes to my order - thank you!

Perfect! Quality product, easy to set up and decent communication.

Such excellent customer service via WhatsApp. Grace, in particular was so helpful, advising me on bed type, delivery timelines etc

A great experience from order, to being kept informed about the bed being built, to being delivered and ultimately, slept on! Such a comfortable mattress (extra firm, 2000 springs), even baby sleeps longer on it! It's also truly beautiful and the bedside table is worth the extra.

Very pleased with the new bed. Easy to assemble and much more comfortable than our previous bed which we think is down to the thicker, wider slats.

I've been meaning to write this review for a few months.
Get Laid Beds not only offers but delivers phenomenal customer service. From my first enquiry, all through delivery and after they were super.
I want to thank everyone that I spoke to, emailed and WhatsApp'd with.

Great service and comfiest bed we have slept on - thanks

Very happy with our new bed.

This is the second bed we have bought.
The customer service was Excellent. Grace was so lovely

We bought a Deco double bed and new mattress from Get Laid Beds. The whole process from online selection, the information provided to help make a decision through to delivery and assembly was incredibly easy. Once ordered, we were kept informed of the production process and delivery time via email (but not bombarded with information). The bed frame and mattress arrived on time, well packaged. Once opened, the assembly instructions were very clear with written instructions and diagrams that made it easy for us to assemble in an afternoon. We also loved the fact that we could buy from a British company that makes its products in this country.

A really excellent quality bed which arrived on the date we booked. Would highly recommend.

We are really pleased with our new bed frame. Very well made and study, looks lovely too.

Beautiful bed, extremely helpful customer service when I made a mistake and George fixed it no problem. Highly recommend

Bed is excellent quality. We’re very pleased.
We really liked being able to call and speak to the UK office and sales people, who were very prompt and helpful.

Bought the low oriental bed in solid wood (without the space saver). It arrived when expected, was simple to put together and looks exactly as expected. The wood and finish feels solid, high quality and without any blemishes. The colour is pretty close to as seen on the website too.

Absolutely no complaints. Would buys from them again.

Absolutely blown away by the quality and the craftsmanship that’s been displayed in my bed, couldn’t be happier was searching for a low bed for my loft room for months till I came across this. 10/10 service too thank you!

Fitted sheet fitted perfectly for a non standard size bed.

This our second purchase and the quality of these beds do not disappoint. I have bought the Shoreditch Bed (No Headboard / Space Saver) in the standard double, and it truly is the only way to ensure any teenager keeps the space under it clear for easy cleaning. The bed itself is of excellent quality, all the necessary provided makes easy assembly for two people. Looks like it is floating, no accidental stumping of toes and no space lost to bulky bedframes, simply neat and compact.
