Easy to use website which provides a large selection of bed options and all the information needed to help make a choice. Sample finish options delivered quickly which also helped in making final choice. Great communication throughot the manufacturing and delivery process. Very well made bed which was easy to assemble and feels sturdy. A happy customer, well done and thank you.

Great bed, easy to assemble.

I have purchased three beds (and, this time, two mattresses) from Get Laid Beds. That comment clearly shows how impressed I am with the quality of the beds. They represent excellent quality and good value.

The bed matched its description and was simple enough to assemble. It was delivered as per the specified timescale.

Delivery is through an external company called Furdeco, who delayed the delivery, but Get Laid Beds promptly refunded my delivery fee which I had paid for an express delivery. So I am happy with their customer service too.

Thankfully, product arrived in good condition, so no returns were necessary.

We have two beds now from Get Laid Beds and we are really happy with both of them. Solid and sturdy !

I found them to be an impressive company. I was kept up to date with progress, and the bed was delivered on time.

Second bed from Get Laid Beds. Quality of materials and service is excellent, and I was also really pleased when they agreed to replace a piece of the bed that was chipped/knocked in transit - they were quick to address it and organised an expedited delivery of the piece in no time. Excellent service - quick, communicative, and proactive.

Very pleased with the customer service. There were a couple of issues with delivery (arrived later than expected and slight damage), Elisha resolved this with us very promptly to our satisfaction and liaised with their delivery partner as required. Bed looks good (and smells great .. of pine), hoping it will last a long time.

Great bed, easy to put together and solidly built. We also bought the luxury mattress, which is fantastic. Really comfortable. We were kept well informed throughout the process. Delivery was spot on with an email and a call the day before, and another call about an hour before delivery. Excellent.

Had to ring for extra sizes 10 mins after we had left. Ashley kindly went straight away to get the measurement needed.
I phoned the day after for more samples, and they obliged. Samples arrived in 48 hours.

Arrived as the time slot suggested that morning, the guys were very good, and the delivery website was the best I've seen yet, it meant I could go out of the house on the day, knowing exactly where they were. The bed is finally up, took an hour (using a standard home power-drill) once I had all the bits out of the boxes, and I am an office worker not a builder. Its a nice heavy wood frame, looking forward to sleeping in it tonight.
