Great service and product we love the beds weve purchased

Bed delivered today (so crossing fingers that my review isn't "speaking" too soon!) and I'm very pleased with my floating bed in oak. It's a great Japandi design and succeeds in appearing to take minimal space in our smallest bedroom. The delivery was very smooth, with a tracker for the van being emailed first thing this morning. I went for the assembly option and Todd completed this perfectly, including applying bees wax to help prevent creaks :) He was emphatic that I must contact GLB if there is any problem at all with the bed so I feel the company is keen to look after us.

Had the deco bed a few months now, happy with it, it’s solid, curved legs are nice. We had to sand down one slat slightly when building. There was an issue with the order in that the wrong size mattress was shipped, a shame as seemed like a good mattress but we needed to return. I can’t fault the customer service in dealing with this (Amy was very helpful). Would use again if needing another bed.

Happened across Get Laid Beds by accident after seeing a second hand bed for sale. Website is excellent including the ordering process. No suprise the bed came on the exact day the delivery was booked for and in superb condition. Great comms throughout the process. Bed is really well made and so easy to put together.

The bed is very well made, very sturdy. It was really easy to assemble and looks lovely in our room. We got it for our new loft conversion and it fits perfectly, it was also really easy to get upstairs! From start to finish we are very happy with our purchase

We have just purchased a white knight bed for a member of our family after having previously purchased 4 - 3 doubles and a single for our house about 5 years ago.
They are of very good quality and instructions on making them up clear and precise. Delivery excellent.
