An exceptionally high quality item of furniture, ready for delivery on the promised date. Easily assembled with the help of an electric screwdriver. I'm thrilled with my comfortable Modern Ohio day bed and mattress.

Really solid bed for the money, looks nice and was pretty straightforward to put together, although I can imagine it would take a while without a powered screwdriver.

Excellent product - I'm now sleeping better than I have in years - and excellent customer service at all stages, both before and after purchase. I really can't think of anything negative to say at all. Oh, and the little gizmo which allows you to track your delivery is also brilliant, so top marks all round.

It was easy to order and pay for just the beds and services we needed at sale time and to defer delivery to our required date almost two months later. We were kept informed on the progress of the beds: manufacture and readiness for delivery. On the day the expected delivery time was updated progressively by Jason and Cy so we knew quite well when they would be at the door. To ensure cleanliness, they took their shoes off on entry. they then took the bundles of parts to the bedroom, quietly assembled the beds and placed them just where we wanted them. Before leaving, Jason and Cy gave us diagrams and information about the beds and checked that we were satisfied. We were!

I purchased further accessories - and again I received a very high-quality product, on-time delivery and great service. Recommended.
