Customer Reviews

Nice bed looks good

Very satisfied so far. A robust and really nice piece of woodwork. We haven't slept in it yet because the mattress (from somewhere else) hasn't yet arrived.

The whole process was seemless, good communications, delivery on time and the delivery guy brought the boxes right into the bedroom which was really helpful as I am disabled.
Putting the bed together was no problem and we are delighted with the bed, we chose them because they had so many good reviews.
Many thanks.

Geoff.

Fab service all round.

We brought the Oxford bed in kingsize and couldn't be happier. A sturdy well made bed that was so easy to put together, arrived on the designated day well packaged and easy to maneuver up the stairs. The quality and the craftsmanship is outstanding the bed is absolutely beautiful and has that lovely new woody smell. All in all would highly recommend

Well made, sturdy wooden bed.

Great bet. As shown in pictures. Can trust and order

Great delivery and super efficient

I took delivery of my day bed last week and now that it is assembled
I am really happy with both the instructions and the quality of the product.
The measurements I gave for the bed are exactly right and the matress
is very comfortable. So, thank you Get Laid Beds.

This is my second bed from Get Laid Beds. Fast delivery, good quality and look nice too.

Very happy with our superking country four poster bed in grey wash ,
It’s perfect ,
Also was lovely to be able to talk to somebody on the phone if I had any questions,
Thank you

Very comfortable bed and being a space saver it is perfect for our small cottage as it is no wider than the mattress meaning more space around the bed

Perfect. No issues at all. Extremely well made, gorgeous colour, easy enough to assemble. Feels really sturdy. Customer service have been great as well.

Drop-bed gorgeous

I am thrilled with my first purchase from Get Laid Beds. We discovered the company online after searching for a bed which we didn't think actually existed until we found this aptly-named enterprise. From start to finish, the order process was quick and efficient with regular updates relating to the delivery of our new bed, which was delivered within an impressibly short amount of time.

Once the bed was delivered, I had occasion to call the company and the customer service I experienced was exemplary. Becky was extremely helpful as well as professional, courteous and friendly and answered my question in full.

The bed itself is an absolute delight. It was easy to put together (by three people) and looks fantastic. For once, no missing parts, no damaged pieces and clear instructions in well-written, plain English. The most impressive thing about the ottoman bed we ordered is the mechanism. It is the easiest ottoman bed to operate that I've ever owned.

The only negative I can provide for feedback is that the assembly service wasn't available in our area. We'd have happily paid for someone to construct the bed for us when we ordered but as it was easy to do this is no biggie.

All in all. Five stars, you guys. It's the bed I've always dreamed of.

Amazing service and gorgeous bed! Chuffed!

Smooth ordering, delivery and assembly process. Love the bed, the team ( Franqui and Pete!) and overall very satisfied!
