I was really happy with the service that I received from GLB. The sale price was great. Emails were received updating me on the progress of my bed being made. The delivery slot was given the night before and I was sent a text when I was the next drop. I could also see the drivers progress on a map at that time. The delivery driver himself was polite and helpful. He seemed a cheerful guy. The bed was well made and well packaged in three long but small boxes. No issues with the quality of wood used. The instructions could be better, to make any possible mistakes clearer to avoid. The bed took two and half hours to build, using a drill. And I appsolutely love the bed...

Bed delivered this afternoon is beautiful! To our exact specifications, looks great in the room, and the guys who delivered (and built the bed) were superb. Highly recommended.

I was able to track my delivery so i knew exactly what time the bed would be here.
The lads that delivered it were lovely, polite and had the bed put up in no time.

Got the Oxford Bed. Looks very nice, very sleek. The delivery staff were fantastic, so friendly and funny. They had it set up in no time!

Great solid bed, lovely workmanship. Easy to assemble with an electric screwdriver or by hand if you have strength. Had ordered 2 beds about 10 years ago from this company and pleased to say quality has remained high. Those older beds remain sturdy and still look good. Will use company again when needed. There was an issue with only part of the bed being delivered on the day specified, the other part arrived the next day. Problem of the courier, not the company, since both parts had been sent out the same day. Little annoying since I had waited in all day and you aren’t given a time window. Customer service can’t be faulted. Answered phone quickly and kept me informed.

First class from start to finish. Good communication. Kept to delivery, used reliable courier. Beautifully made and easy to assemble with a little time and care. Good colour choices to match flooring. Absolutely delighted. Took me hours researching online to find this company but it was worth it. I'll try to get a photo without the 4 dogs on it!

Easy ordering and a good quality product, the guys who delivered and assembled were very professional and had the job done rubbish removed and on their way in 20 mins, perfect.

So easy... ordering is simple, straight forward and fast! Bed was delivered on time and I had chosen to put together myself. It came with all clear instructions and took 30 mins to assemble (one person!). Good quality, sturdy bed - just love it!!

A feel good experience from the set off. Excellent and easy site to manoeuvre around to order, swift response/confirmation and continued contact thru' to delivery which was quick and efficient. The bed itself is delightful and well made plus two storage drawers which are robust and easy to use. I would recommend Get Laid Beds to anyone who wants quality at a good price.

Highly impressed with the service provided by you guys, and the quality of the bed (great finish and high quality and so solidly made). Theres even an amazing wood smell currently “floating around her room”.
