Fantastic service and delivery. The daybed was easy to assemble and looks perfect in my spare room. I will be looking to replace my own bed from this company as they are high quality beds.

The Instructions were easy to understand. The Bed is of a good quality as is the mattress. We are very pleased with both and with the delivery of the bed. It would be better to have some protection around some of the wooden pieces in addition to the cardboard boxes while in transit.

I bought an ash fourposter bed

I bought my Low Loft Bed frame in Natural six months ago and I love it! It was delivered bang on time, even with all of the Covid-related delays with the post (I'm in Ireland). Assembly was super easy and I've even moved house once with it which was no problem as it is so light. I wanted a low-bed for a long time but the frames I saw were always super heavy. This one is simple, natural, and has its own style going on.

Love my new ottoman bed, very well made and sturdy.
No problems with ordering or delivery. The two lads that delivered and built the bed were friendly and very efficient, despite it being their last job of a very long shift!

Love my bed and being able to customize it. Also every time I called there was a brilliant helpful person to guide me and had no problems changing my order when I got my measurements wrong. Really reasonable price for a bed made to measure.

I've had a good experience with Get Laid Beds company.

Firstly, I've made a mistake when placing the order on the website - I've placed an order for a small single, instead of a small double bed frame that I needed. I've only noticed my mistake upon delivery. Get Laid Beds have organised the redelivery for a new bed frame and a pick up of the wrong bed frame for me and it was handled really great. The wrong order was refunded quite quickly after they received the first bed frame back with no problems.

Secondly, I am a perfectionist when it comes to quality. The new bedframe had some minor imperfections that I've noticed. I've contacted Get Laid Beds and they've sent me a replacement for the parts I wasn't fully happy with free of charge and it all was handled really well.

Now I'm really happy with the bed frame I have, which is the Kensington bed frame with tapered legs, looks really nice, no squicks (we've only had it for a few weeks now), feels sturdy.
I'm grateful for all the help I've had from the customer service along the way.
