1. Promoters
1.1 The promoters are Get Laid Beds Ltd (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Get Laid Beds, Barn 3-5, Wharf Way Business Park, Wharf Way, Glen Parva, Leicester, LE2 9UT. Company number: 7919911.
1.2 This promotion is run in conjunction with Pickleson Paint (“Partner Promoter”).
1.3 This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social platform.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
 2.2 Employees of either Promoter, their immediate families/households, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible.
 2.3 We may require proof of age and UK residency (e.g., valid photo ID and utility bill).

3. Promotion Period
3.1 The competition opens on publication of the competition page and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 3 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
3.2 Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter
4.1 No purchase necessary.
4.2 Enter by submitting your email address via the official entry form linked on our website/bio during the Promotion Period.
4.3 One (1) entry per person. Multiple, bulk, automated or third-party entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.
4.4 You must use your own email address. Incomplete, illegible or fraudulent entries are void.
4.5 By entering this competition, you acknowledge and agree that your entry data (including your email address) may be shared between Get Laid Beds Ltd and Pickleson Paint for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting entrants, and marketing communications in accordance with each party’s privacy policy.

5. Prize
5.1 One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) Get Laid Beds bed frame of their choice up to a maximum value of £600 RRP

• One (1) £150 Pickleson Paint voucher

5.2 Exclusions: Mattress, bedding, accessories and any services not expressly stated are not included.
 5.3 If the selected bed exceeds £600 RRP, the winner may pay the difference or choose an alternative within budget.
 5.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
 5.5 Prizes are subject to availability, manufacturing lead times and stock. Standard finish options only unless otherwise stated.
 5.6 Unless stated otherwise, standard UK mainland delivery to one address is included. Surcharges (e.g., remote areas, special delivery requests, assembly services) are not included and may be payable by the winner.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
6.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 8 August 2026.
6.2 The winner will be contacted by email only from an official @getlaidbeds.co.uk domain or Pickleson Paint official domain.
6.3 The winner must respond within 7 days.
6.4 If no response is received, a reserve winner may be selected.

7. Verification
7.1 We may require proof of identity and eligibility before confirming the Prize.
7.2 Entries found to be in breach of these Terms may be disqualified.

8. Publicity
8.1 The winner’s first name, surname initial and county may be published on our channels.
8.2 The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity (optional).

9. Data Protection
9.1 We will use your personal data to administer this competition.
9.2 By entering, you acknowledge that your data will be shared between Get Laid Beds Ltd and Pickleson Paint for the purposes of:

• Administering the competition

• Contacting entrants and the winner

• Marketing communications from either or both parties (where consent is given or lawful basis applies)

9.3 If you opt in to marketing, both parties may contact you. You can unsubscribe at any time via the links provided in emails.

10. Liability
10.1 Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
 10.2 We are not responsible for technical errors or lost entries outside our control.
 10.3 The winner is responsible for any tax implications.

11. Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

12. Cancellation & Variation
We may amend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
