Can I have this bed assembled?

Yes, for a small additional fee. However, this is partly dependent on where we are delivering the bed to. As we handle the assembly service ourselves for quality assurance, we are limited logistically to all the postcodes that we can deliver to in the UK from our factory in Leicester.

Does this bed have a central support?

Sizes of beds that are “double” and smaller do not. We are confident that our extra thick slats provide the necessary strength and back this up with our 11 year guarantee.Due to the span of the slats, bed sizes that are “King” and larger, will however come with a central support.

How long is it guaranteed for?

From the headboard to the solid slats, you can expect the same 11 year warranty coverage on any bed we make.

Do you have this bed in stock?

Yes, always, as every bed is handcrafted to order so this is never an issue. Our manufacturing process is very unique. In fact we are yet to find a bed manufacturer who can do this faster than us - in the world! However we do charge a premium for speed as it’s a bit more complicated, so do check our delivery calendar.

How easy are the beds to self-assemble as they are flat packed?

It’s very simple and easier than most other flat pack furniture. The strong yet simple design aided by clear instructions will help you have the bed assembled in little time. An electric screwdriver will also help speed things up.You can choose our “White Glove” delivery service if you prefer to have our team assemble it for you.

Are the beds free from any chemicals?

Our stains and seals are all water based, these all come with a rating of nil to low toxicity to plant life and fish.
