Our electric beds for the elderly come in a variety of sizes due to the fact they can be fully integrated with any of our handmade wooden beds. These range from a small single to a king size, all the way up to a super caesar.

Single electric beds: A single mobility bed frame is perfect for a single sleeper that wants to control the comfort of their sleep.

Double electric beds: A double reclining bed frame is perfect for two people who need different positions when they sleep.

King size electric beds: A king size mobility bed is even more luxurious, sure to give your bedroom the royal treatment.

What Colours Are Available?

Our adjustable beds for the elderly, as with all of our other collections of handmade bed frames, are available in 17 different elegant finishes. A choice of 10 smooth satin stains can be applied to any bed frame you choose to integrate the adjustable mattress with. A few customer favourites are the soothing warm white and sleek black frames among others. Whilst there is an element of electronic mechanics, the majority of the frame will be made of the highest quality solid Scandinavian Pine.

However, if you’re looking for more finesse in your reclining bed frame, we recommend choosing one of the sublime options available from our selection of solid hardwoods. Our dark, stylish Walnut and refreshing, Oak frame options are a couple of our popular customer choices. Regardless of whether you choose our solid Scandinavian Pine or one of our solid hardwoods, we believe strongly in reducing our carbon footprint and always make the utmost effort to ensure our timber is sourced sustainably from 100% FSC and PEFC approved forests.

Yes, electric beds are worth it for the elderly, the impaired, and anybody who wants to control their comfort! Not only is it great for relieving discomfort, it is also practical for reading or watching TV, or even if you have a different way of sleeping than your partner. What are things to look out for with reclining beds?

Be careful not to leave the remote on the mattress when you sleep. An accidental press can be disruptive to your sleep and nobody likes being woken up abruptly.

How do I assemble an electric bed for the elderly?

All of our bed frames come flat packed right to your door. Instructions will be provided with the materials and self assembly is relatively simple.
