FAQs

• Do you offer other storage options besides integrated beds?

Yes, if you prefer a more flexible solution, we also offer handcrafted underbed storage boxes that fit under our standard frames. These are a great alternative if you want the benefit of solid wood storage without committing to a built-in ottoman or drawer system. 

• How much room do I need for a bed with drawers?

You should allow at least 50-60cm of clearance on either side of the bed to ensure the drawers can extend fully. If your space is tight, an ottoman bed might be a better solution as it lifts vertically rather than sliding out.

• How do you prevent dust while ensuring airflow?

Our solid timber bases create a clean, elevated shield that keeps your belongings off the floor and away from dust. To keep everything fresh, we incorporate subtle ventilation gaps that allow air to circulate around your mattress and storage area, preventing the moisture and musty smells that can be common in completely sealed divan bases. 

• Do I have to assemble my storage bed when it arrives?

Not unless you want to. Most of our customers choose our assembly service, where we’ll professionally install it for you for total peace of mind. However, if you’d prefer to assemble it yourself, we offer two self-assembly options:

• Room of Choice Delivery: we’ll deliver your bed to the room you choose, ready for you to assemble using our clear, easy-to-follow instructions

• Standard Delivery: delivered to your front door for self-assembly
